Immigration and Custom Clearance

We work closely with the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (“ICA”) and other relevant regulatory authorities to ensure that vessels, rigs and Seaman to and from Singapore are being managed safely in accordance with the rules and regulations in Singapore.

Crew Change Management

We understand that every crew change involves a lot of proper planning and careful preparation. With our highly experienced Crewing Department, we guarantee that all aspects relating to crew change such as visa applications, flights, land transfers, accommodation, meeting services, and other logistical matters will be efficiently organised.

Visa Application

We offer one-stop solutions for Visa applications, beginning with completing the Visa application forms to delivering the approved Visa.
- Collecting Passports and important personal details/documents.
- Assisting with completion of Visa application form (and providing all the necessary and valid documents required by the respective Embassies).
- Submission of Visa application/Passports to the respective Embassies*
- Collecting approved Visa/Passports from the respective Embassies*
- Delivering approved Visa applications and Passports.

Transport
Our partnership with a reputable and reliable transportation company allows us to provide the Crew with a safe and comfortable trip from point to point. In addition, Crew can expect on-time pick-up and arrival, subject to road conditions in Singapore.
Accommodation
We can arrange suitable apartment or hotel accommodation in accordance with Clients’ requirements.
