As a Structural Engineer within Oil & Gas EPC project team, the role focuses on the design, analysis, and integrity assurance of offshore structural systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, robust, and cost-effective structural solutions for complex offshore facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural design and analysis of offshore platforms, subsea structures, and topside modules using current industry standards (API, AISC, DNVGL, Eurocodes, etc.).
- Develop, review, and check structural drawings, 3D models, construction documents, and calculation reports.
- Analyze marine and environmental loads (wind, wave, seismic) and perform fatigue and integrity assessments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and coordinate with process, mechanical, piping, and marine engineering teams.
- Review vendor and subcontractor documentation for compliance with technical requirements.
- Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Support the resolution of construction queries and provide field engineering support as required.
- Ensure all structural work aligns with safety regulations, project quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, progress reports, and as-built records.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Offshore Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore structural engineering for oil and gas projects.
- Proficient in relevant structural analysis and design software (e.g., SACS, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, SAP2000).
- Solid understanding of offshore industry codes and regulations.
- Experience with fixed platforms, topside modules, subsea structures, and marine projects preferred.

As a Planning Engineer within Oil & Gas EPC project team, the role will play a critical role in project scheduling, progress tracking, resource planning, and reporting to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This position is based in Singapore with close coordination with the project’s multidisciplinary teams in both Singapore and Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project schedules (Level 1–4) in line with EPC project requirements using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to incorporate all project deliverables, milestones, and resource plans into the master schedule.
- Monitor project progress, identify variances and critical paths, and recommend recovery plans where necessary.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and client presentations.
- Lead schedule review meetings and coordinate with discipline leads to address bottlenecks or schedule delays.
- Support risk management and change control processes, incorporating approved changes into the latest project schedules.
- Liaise with procurement and subcontractors to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with the overall project schedule.
- Assure compliance with project procedures for planning and reporting, and maintain auditable records for schedule changes and progress substantiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ project planning experience, preferably with large oil & gas EPC projects.
- Proficient in project planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of EPC project methodologies, resource planning, and progress measurement techniques.
- Experience in developing and maintaining detailed multi-discipline project schedules.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.
- Familiarity with risk management and contract administration processes is an asset.

REQUIREMENTS
The suitable candidate shall have ALL of the following:
- At least 8 years experience as Civil & Structure Engineer
- At least 8 years in oil&gas/petrochemical industry
- Experience in Field Development projects (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in diverse international EPC projects
- Excellent spoken and written English
