Spemocean has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with CNOOC Oil Base Human Resources (CNOOC HR)
Singapore, 08 August 2017 – Spemocean Pte Ltd (Spemocean) has announced that it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with CNOOC Oil Base Human Resources Co.(CNOOC HR), a division under China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) which is one of the largest producer of offshore crude oil and natural gas and one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production company in the world.
The strategic cooperation agreement envisages cooperation between both companies to jointly demonstrate each parties’ technical expertise especially in the offshore upstream exploration & production sector. Spemocean will collaborate with CNOOC HR in the provision of technical expertise which includes consultants and advisors to participate in various projects to help drive service excellence in an extremely competitive market across the globe.
CNOOC HR core domestic operation is in China and with satellite offices globally. As CNOOC Ltd's parent, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), is one of the largest Chinese oil companies. While it has an oil and gas assets in Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Oceania.
